Registration

The Ramagineer must fill out the registration form in order to create their account on the Ramagine Platform. In order to proceed you must Agree to the Terms and Service. The Ramagineer will be immediately prompted to create or connect a Stripe account before continuing. This is how Ramagineers will be issued their payouts.

Dashboard

Once Registration is completed the Ramagineer will see their Dashboard. The dashboard will be empty at first as the user does not have any "Projects assigned” in “Your Projects”. To view available projects, click the “Available Projects” tab. This will show a list of all active and available Projects with their payout, and deadline. 

Getting Started

Ramagineer Workflow

1. Waiting

A Ramagineer who is not currently engaged with a Project is “Waiting” while able to see all available projects. Once a Project is selected by you it will no longer be visible to other Ramagineers and you can get started. 

2. In Progress

Once the Project has been accepted the Ramagineer will get access to the Project sample for their analysis. Select “Step 1: Write a Report” button which will direct them to a form with all the categories to fill with the corresponding information. Upon completion a PDF will be sent to their email that is to be uploaded along with any other screenshots/recordings (that should be labeled with the correct heading). Next, click “Step 2: Submit Your Report for Review” for QA. 

3. QA Review

Purpose of QA is to ensure the required content, formatting, and language is being used. Once reviewed QA will either:

  • Approve; which submits it for Client Review 

  • Request Revision; small change or alteration which will be noted in the feedback text (insert screenshot of etc) 

  • Reject; Large fundamental, persistent issues, requiring multiple revisions. The project will be reassigned elsewhere and the Ramagineer will not receive a payout. 

Your reports status will be updated to reflect any change. 

4. Client Review

Client receives the expected deliverables and reviews the material. 

5. Project Completed

Upon completion of the Project, the Ramagineer will receive a payout within 7 days. 

  • *NOTE, if this is a Triage Analysis the client may request an upgrade to their analysis which will automatically be assigned to you with a separate higher payout.

Project Guidelines

The highest-quality reports delivered on time are essential in helping a client identify and manage potential issues.

A complete report includes: 

  • A PDF report of the required materials 

  • Any screenshots and recordings (labeled with the heading it applies to in the report) 

Expectations and Conduct 

  • NEVER INCLUDE ANY PII IN YOUR REPORTS. THIS IS TO ENSURE ANONYMITY FOR BOTH YOU AND OUR CLIENTS 

  • The disclosure or publishing is forbidden without client approval. Requests can be made to support@ramagine.io 

  • The report must be clear and detailed.

  • Each field MUST be filled out. If a required field is not applicable please state the reasoning.

What happens after I submit a Project?

  • Once a Project has been submitted and approved by QA, it will then be Ready for Client Review. Once approved, your payout will be issued within 7 days.
